In very rare circumstances we may ask you to "factory reset" your swackett app. To accomplish this task, please do the following:
**Note: This will reset all of your swackett settings. If you have not previously created a swackett account, you will need to re-enter all your locations and preferences, and you will have to perform a Restore Purchases if you have bought any editions or have Permanently Disabled Ads. If you have created a swackett account, you only need to login again and these settings will be restored
First, we need to close swackett. From the Home screen, double-press the Home button. Then, tap and hold the swackett icon until a red dash (-) appears. Then tap the red dash.
Next, tap Settings. In Settings, tap the swackett menu item (it will be near the bottom)
In the swackett settings, change Factory Reset to ON.
Now, open up swackett. You will see the below message and your app will be reset to the default. You can then sign in or re-setup the app with your specific locations.
